Hi, I’m Ayla, and I offer women tools to stand strong in life, to be able to feel free and safe enough to live their lives fully. I teach women, as well as children and teenagers, how to be RESILIENT. What does Resilience mean to me? It means having the capacity to be firm and kind at the same time, loving and fierce, strong and open. This is something we learn. Too seldom have we been thought this, or have we received the information about how to do it. This is what I teach: I offer a variety of tools and information that we need as girls and women to handle ourselves well in different situations. Let’s get started!

Build Resilience, One Action at a time.
Personalized 1-on-1 training
Resilience coaching based on your particular needs, using a variety of trauma-informed somatic practices. We work around different aspects like asserting your boundaries, unlocking your strength, working with the fight/flight/freeze response and working with anger, fear or shame.
Tailored workshops
Workshops deepening specific aspects of Resilience: verbal self-defense, conscious boundary work, resilience in relationships and sexuality, awareness and prevention of transgressive situations, body safety for kids, workshops on consent, inappropriate behaviour and sex education for teens
